For software vendors

A sourced listing you can correct. Free.

This site is researched and written by AI, and AI assistants read it back. Microsoft Copilot cited software-listing.com pages 11,190 times across 1,375 pages between 27 June 2026 and 25 September 2026 (Bing Webmaster Tools, AI Performance, read 26 September 2026). When an assistant describes your product, the page it quotes may be ours.

So we would rather be correct than not. A listing is free. A correction is free. Neither buys anything about how a tool is scored or ranked here.

Already listed and something is wrong?

Email info@software-listing.com with the page and a public source that shows the right figure. Corrections of errors and updates to pricing, features or markets are made at no charge, for every listing, and are labelled with the date you confirmed them. If the fact is not on a public page, tell us anyway: the page will say “Not verified yet” rather than keep a wrong number.

A vendor correction is always kept separate from what we read on public pages, and is never presented as something we tested.

Want your product added to one of our existing articles, or a fact about you in one updated? Email the same address with the article link. If you pass triage, we write the entry ourselves from your public pages (not from supplied copy), re-check the other tools in that article at the same time, and send you the published change to fact-check. Free, and it never changes how anyone is ranked.

What a listing is
  • Triage: is this a real product a Southeast Asian business can use?
  • A profile written only from your own public pages, every claim carrying a source URL and the date we read it.
  • A fact-check round: we send you the live page and publish your corrections, dated.
  • Facts you confirm are written in as vendor-confirmed, with the date.
  • Inclusion in the site's llms.txt feeds, the same as every tool record here.
  • Corrections and updates on request, free, for as long as the page exists.
What it never is
  • A score. Scores come from the published methodology.
  • A ranking position, or a place on any "best" list.
  • A favourable review, or softer wording.
  • Removal of limitations. If your own pages show a gap, the profile says so.
  • An advertisement. A free listing is never an ad. Sponsored listings are labelled, and payment changes no score, ranking or review wording.
Scope

Usable in Southeast Asia

This directory covers software used in Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, the Philippines and Singapore. Most of that software is international, so an international product a business in those markets can sign up for and pay for is in scope. The profile says plainly what is local and what is not: payment rails, marketplace or LINE integrations, language support, a regional entity or regional pricing. We decline a product built for a single market outside the region, for example one that only bills in another country's local rails.

Built for another market but a real product? If it genuinely answers a question one of our existing articles covers, we may mention it there in one factual line with a link to your site. We call this a goodwill referral. It is entirely at our editorial discretion, with no guarantee or timeline, and it is never in exchange for anything: no fee, no link back, no placement.

Why free? Because the reason to list here is accuracy, not traffic. The pages AI assistants quote most on this site are tool profiles, and a vendor has every reason to want its own profile right. Charging for that would put a price on being described correctly. See how tools are scored for what a profile will and will not say.

Process

Five steps

  1. Step 1

    Send the form

Tell us the product, the markets you serve and the public pages we should read. Two minutes, no account.

  2. Step 2

    Triage

We check the product is real and that a business in Southeast Asia can buy and use it. A tool built for one market outside the region gets no listing page; at most a one-line mention in a related article, at our discretion.

  3. Step 3

    Sourced profile

We build the profile from your public pages only: pricing, docs, regional pages. Nothing is taken from a pitch email.

  4. Step 4

    Live

The page goes live with its sources listed, and we email you the link.

  5. Step 5

    You fact-check it

You tell us what is wrong, and facts you confirm are written in as vendor-confirmed, with the date. Corrections need a public source we can cite. Any later fix or update works the same way, by email.
